Having a problem with a sportsbook?

Work through these steps first. They usually resolve things faster than writing to a third party.

1. Contact the sportsbook's own customer support through live chat, email or phone, and keep a record of the date, time and any reference number.
2. Check the terms that apply to your offer or withdrawal, including rollover requirements, payout limits and identity verification (KYC) rules.
3. Have your ID and proof of address ready. Verification delays are a common reason payouts take longer than expected.
4. If you paid by card, your card issuer can explain what options exist for disputed transactions.
5. If you're still stuck, tell us. We may look into it and update our review if the evidence supports it.

We don't promise a set reply time, and we can't respond to every general comment individually. Messages that ask us to change a ranking in exchange for payment are declined.
